一、服務(wù)承諾
向您提供全方位的售前、售中、售后服務(wù)。選型時提供完善的技術(shù)支持，及免費的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，不定期回訪，產(chǎn)品終身維修。
二、機器保修說明
（一）免費保修范圍
1) 免費保修期內(nèi)用戶正常使用時出現(xiàn)的硬件損壞；
2) 亞諾天下公司機器本身因技術(shù)問題造成的問題；
3) 保修期外收費維修后一個月內(nèi)出現(xiàn)同一故障現(xiàn)象。
（二）對以下情況不在免費保修范圍內(nèi)修
1) 超過免費保修期的不良品部件；
2) 未按操作手冊使用或未保持說明書規(guī)定的使用環(huán)境而造成的故障；
3) 用戶自行增加或修改配置所引起的系統(tǒng)故障問題；
4) 因客戶使用不當或使用不合格物品所造成的部件損壞；
5) 因客戶人為損壞的故障；
6) 因不可抗力（如地震、火災(zāi)、水災(zāi)、跌落、碰撞等）引起的機器故障。
代理商條件
1. 具有獨立法人資格的企業(yè)或具有特定銷售渠道的個人。
2. 具有相關(guān)產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗或特定銷售渠道。
3. 具有建立和管理銷售渠道的經(jīng)驗以及提供售后服務(wù)的能力。
4. 具有制定市場拓展計劃并實施計劃的能力。
5. 配合我公司開展市場推廣活動。
6. 季度銷售量不低于我公司ZUI低要求。

A service commitment
To provide you with a full range of pre-sales , after-sales service . Selection to provide comprehensive technical support, and free technical training, occasional visits , product life-long maintenance.
Second, the machine warranty instructions
( A ) free warranty
1 ) appears when the user free hardware warranty normal use damage ;
2 ) issue Coors machine itself due to technical problems caused ;
3 ) the same fault phenomenon within one month after the warranty period, maintenance fees .
(B ) the following conditions are not covered by the warranty repair free
1 ) over defective parts warranty period ;
2 ) failure to use or maintain the operating manual instructions provided for use of the environment caused by the failure ;
3 ) the user to add or modify the configuration of a system failure caused the problem ;
4 ) due to customer misuse , or use of substandard sell caused damage to parts ;
5 ) failure of man-made damage due to customers ;
6 ) machine failure due to force majeure ( such as earthquakes, fires, floods, falling, collision , etc. ) caused .
Agents conditions
1 has an independent legal entity or individual with a particular sales channel .
2 with relevant experience in product sales or specific sales channels.
3 Experience with establishing and managing sales channels as well as the ability to provide after-sales service .
4 has the ability to develop marketing plans and implementation plans .
5 with my company to carry out marketing activities.
6 quarter sales of the company not less than the minimum requirement .
